Maybe you thought that when you delete a file, then delete it from your recycle bin, then the data is completely erased. This is not actually the case! When you delete a file, the operating system does not really remove the actual file from the disk; it only removes the reference to that file from the file system index.
The truth is that your deleted files remain on the disk until other files are written over them - which may happen even months from the day you thought you'd erased the files - or perhaps even never!!
Before the files are overwritten, anyone can easily retrieve them with a disk maintenance or undelete utility. This is how file recovery software works, and that's why it's possible to recover deleted files at all!
This superb program solves these problems by 'recording over' the data you are deleting with preset, specially developed patterns. In this way, the data is not only deleted, it is effectively shredded. The data is gone forever!
This program has two main operating modes. Firstly, the program lets you delete files securely now, so that those files can never be recovered.
Secondly, it will securely wipe all the 'blank' space on your hard drive that still contains old deleted files that you thought you'd deleted maybe years ago, before you'd even heard of secure file deletion software!
